- A diagnostic tool
- An emergency response service
The App does not provide medical advice.
2. Medical Disclaimer
All content provided in the App is for informational and reminder purposes only.
You acknowledge that:
- The App does not replace professional medical advice.
- You must consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions.
- In case of medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
- The Company shall not be liable for medical decisions made based on App usage.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App independently. If under 18, use is permitted only under guardian supervision.
By using the App, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

6. Inactivity & Safety Alerts

- The App is NOT an emergency monitoring system
- The Company is not liable for missed alerts
7. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for:

- All activity under your account

8. Data & Privacy

- Your misuse of the App

14. Termination
